The great wheel – by the Vick d’Azir School, Paric, France
“The great wheel“ is an art project initiated by artist Pia Myrvold and her daughter Isa. In 2012 Isa’s school had an art-week, and Isa came up with the idea to make a giant ferris wheel placed on the Eiffel Tower. All the classes in her school had to make one cart each, and each child made a self portrait of themselves as a passanger in the cart. The finished work has become part of The International Museum of Childrens Art permanent collection.
