Welcome to unique dance performances by students from Boyolali, Java in Indonesia.
In cooperation with The Embassy of Indonesia in Oslo, the Int Children’s Art Museum invites guests and friends to a traditional Indonesian dance show by students visiting from Boyolali, in central-Java. The dancers in beautiful, colorful costumes and well-choreographed dance capture both adults and children of all ages. Do not miss this unique performance – the dancers are only in Oslo for 2 days in connection with their world tour.

Background: Boyolali Students Art and Cultural Ambassador. The team consists of 18 students from Boyolali regency of Central Java, Indonesia who have been travelling to countries across Europe, as well as Japan, China and Hong Kong to promote Indonesian art and culture, especially ones from Boyolali. The students aim to promote and introduce Boyolali culture through traditional dances, which heavily rely on synchronized movement simultaneously. The dance movements will surely amaze people who visit and watched the performance.
