From Saturday 16.01.16 we are up and running again!
EXHIBITIONS
The exhibition “Climate hope, climate change and children’s voices” is still on display, as well as our permanent exhibitions. In addition to these, there are two new ones.
In the exhibition “Love, friendship and community“, pupils from Lerum School of Music and Performing Arts show us their thoughts on these subjects. Also on display is the exhibition “Peace and freedom – what does this mean in 2016“, in which children from all over the world with contrasting experiences visualise what peace and freedom mean to them.
Our winter exhibition in the Barcode passage at Bjørvika is on display until 25.01.16.
ACTIVITIES
On Saturdays you can participate in our drum and music activity every hour during the museum’s opening hour. First session starts at 12.00. This activity is included in the entrance ticket.
On Sundays are our regular family workshops. Here you’ll be able to try out different techniques such as drawing, collage or prints. The workshops on Sundays are always led by an experienced member of staff at the museum, who guides you through new techniques and themes every month and on special holidays. For January the theme is scratch art, making portraits of someone you know well. For February we will make letter print images.
Ticket for family workshop is 20 NOK in addition to the entrance ticket.
CONCERT SERIES WITH YOUNG TALENTS
21.02 and 28.02 we continue with the concert series with young talents. Further information on these events can be found here and here.
Welcome!
