Following the unexpected loss of our operational state-government funding from The Ministry of Culture in Norway since January 1st 2026, the Museum finds itself in a very challenging situation. For over 40 years, we have preserved the art and stories of children and young people from more than 180 countries. This unique collection is part of our shared cultural heritage—and it deserves a future.
