Welcome a Christmas workshop
We create Christmas ornaments, Christmas cards and Christmas presents of different kinds of selected materials. Our Christmas workshop is suitable for everyone where the children themselves also can create their own simple – or maximalistic creative Christmas presents.

Time at from 11.00 AM to 3.50 PM

In the reception of the museum we sell coffee, hot chocolate and tea and inside the workshop room we will serve free gingerbread and ‘gløgg’ Christmas drink. Ticket for workshop cost kr 20 per activity.

Visit our Museum gift shop were you can purchase publications and souvenirs, as well as a wide selection of postcards and posters with designs from the museum’s collection. It’s important to us that our product range consists of products not found everywhere else, and we have gifts and toys from all over the world. Here you can find recycled art, hand-made puppets, purses, drawing equipment and various musical instruments for children, as well as several interesting art books for both adults and children. There is no admission fee to the store, and you are welcome to browse even if you are not visiting the exhibitions. The shop has the same opening hours until December 10th as the museum. Welcome!
